Simon has worked within the Financial Services Sector for over 30 years, specialising in asset management and dealing with multifaceted funds including establishing a fund of funds with Societe General in Paris. He founded and ran St. George Oil Company specialising in development and exploration within the Oil and Gas sector, set up Aktivum, a financial services business and had it regulated through Financial Services Authority (FSA), advised a major U.S. company to set up Crisis & Risk Management aimed at the financial services sector providing live information for any given geographic area around the world. He initiated and led asset disposal programs for Gaznaftgastroye in Moscow and conducted valuation and rating of several sloughing operations and raised $600 million to develop a field in The Chicago Basin to carry out 4D surveys and eventually establish the fields with help of horizontal drilling methods.

Jürgen Bauer

Jürgen has been in investment banking for more than 32 years having worked for Deutsche Bank, Citigroup and HSBC in M&A, capital raising, debt advisory. In recent years he focussed on the investment side working on Private Equity deals, energy and tech investments. He holds a MBA from Stern School of Business (NYU) and a MSc in Engineering from Technical University Munich.

Bernardo pursued the Diploma of Surveyor in the year 1973 and was registered as free Professional to the College of Surveyors of the Province of Ancona in 1974.
Bernardo, with the express purpose of helping less well-off families, set up building cooperatives and designed for them an important number of "Prima Casa" dwellings.
Economic savings for Families were important.
Building Concessions with lower costs, San Paolo Banking Institute in Turin loan with subsidized Interest from the Council of Europe.
Bernardo, with the same procedural methods, realized many houses in building cooperatives.
Bernardo, in the year 1988 founded and directed as Administrator a Construction Company called "Edil Fin Italia srl" which built Industrial warehouses and Civil Hausing, with S. Paolo Banking Institute of Turin loan with subsidized Interest from the Council of Europe.
Bernardo, in the year 1994 started to work also as external Consultant with Indosuez Bank, Bankers Trust Geneve, Credit Suisse Geneva and Bank Austria Creditanstalt (BA-CA), for credit lines and investments in favor of Italian and European Companies.
Bernardo in the year 1999 founded and directed in Italy a Consortium of Construction Companies as President for a period of five (5) years.
Bernardo, from the year 2011 to 2019, was Managing Director of the Monastery of the Resurrection (Catholic Church) - "Association" and sole responsible for Private and Public Investments in USA - EUROPE - ASIA for the realization of Humanitarian Projects especially for Homeless Orphans, Disabled and Elderly People.

Michael Burton-Prateley

Michael’s 33 year career has focused on international corporate finance, working for large institutions as well as boutique investment and advisory firms, in the structuring and execution of M&A transactions, restructuring, buy-outs, asset management, debt and equity financing, securitization, and asset finance, across multiple sectors.

He holds a BA (Hons.) in Economics from Manchester University and an M.Phil. in Management, from the University of Oxford, is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
